How many sessions will we need?

Mental health and relationship challenges are usually more severe in the start of therapy. As a rule of thumb, I recommend to the couples that I work with they come on a weekly basis. Sometimes, due to schedules, children, or finances my couples are only able to come once a fortnight. Two times a month is normally fine for when there are more minor issues. Major issues such as impending divorce, custody issues, fertility issues, childcare problems, infidelity, drug addiction issues, cancer or terminal illnesses will require at least weekly sessions.
